Telenor SIM Owner
Details Check

Telenor SIMs in Pakistan must be registered against a valid CNIC using biometric verification. Verifying Telenor SIM owner details helps you confirm whether a number is really in your name and whether extra Telenor SIMs exist on your CNIC without your knowledge.

Official Methods to Check
Telenor SIM Owner Details

METHOD 01
SMS Owner / Biometric Status (7751)
Telenor provides an SMS short code that tells you whether your SIM is properly verified on your CNIC.
1 Open the SMS app
2 Type any text (even a blank message works)
3 Send it to 7751
4 You'll receive a reply indicating whether your SIM is biometrically verified and registered correctly on your CNIC
Use this first if your main concern is "Is this Telenor SIM actually verified on my CNIC?"
METHOD 02
USSD Self‑Service Code
Telenor's self-care code lets you see basic SIM/account info on screen without internet.
1 Open your phone dialer
2 Dial the Telenor self‑service menu (commonly *444# / *999# or similar codes)
3 From the menu, choose options like "My Account / My Number / SIM Info"
4 The menu will show basic details about your SIM and account such as number, balance and sometimes owner/registration status
Best for: Quick, on‑device checks when you don't want to open any app.
METHOD 03
My Telenor App
The official My Telenor app gives the most complete view of your SIM's profile.
1 Install My Telenor from Google Play or Apple App Store
2 Open the app and sign up or log in with your Telenor number (you'll get an OTP by SMS)
3 Go to Profile / My Account / My Details
4 Here you can see the registered owner name, CNIC linked to that SIM, activation date, package, balance and other account details
Information you can see:
  • The registered owner name
  • The CNIC linked to that SIM
  • Activation date, package, balance and other account details
Best option: If you want long‑term control over your SIMs (packages, usage, history), this is the best option.
METHOD 04
Call Telenor Helpline 345
If you prefer speaking to a human or need corrections, the helpline is the right channel.
1 Call 345 from your Telenor number
2 Choose language (Urdu/English) and then the option to talk to a customer service representative
3 The agent will ask you to confirm your identity (CNIC, date of birth, address, recent recharge etc.)
4 Once verified, you can ask them to confirm the registered name and CNIC for that SIM and discuss any mismatch or corrections
Useful for: Ownership transfer guidance or if you suspect your SIM is incorrectly registered.
METHOD 05
Check All Telenor SIMs on Your CNIC (PTA SIM Information)
PTA's SIM Information System doesn't list names or numbers, but it shows how many Telenor SIMs are registered against your CNIC.
A Online via Web: Open your browser and go to cnicsimcheck.pk, enter your 13‑digit CNIC without dashes, solve the CAPTCHA and submit. The site will show a table with total active SIMs per operator, including how many Telenor SIMs are on your CNIC.
B By SMS: Type your 13‑digit CNIC (no spaces, no dashes) in the SMS app, send it to 668. You'll get an SMS with SIM counts per operator, including Telenor.
Important: If the Telenor count is higher than the number of Telenor SIMs you actually use, it means there are extra/unknown Telenor SIMs on your ID. Use this when you want a global view (all operators at once) instead of just one SIM.
METHOD 06
Visit Telenor Franchise / Customer Service Center
To fix or block anything, you must go in person.
What You Can Do at a Franchise:
  • Confirm ownership: Ask staff to show which Telenor numbers are on your CNIC
  • Block unauthorized SIMs: Request disowning / blocking of Telenor SIMs that you confirm are not yours
  • Ownership transfer: Transfer a Telenor SIM from one CNIC to another (both parties must be present)
What to Bring:
  • Your original CNIC (not a photocopy)
  • Any Telenor SIMs you use
  • Optional: screenshots/SMS of PTA SIM counts and any evidence of misuse
Process: You will be asked to complete biometric verification and sign the relevant forms. Once processed, blocked numbers drop off your CNIC, and PTA's SIM Information System will show a reduced Telenor count the next time you check.

Telenor SIM Ownership
Transfer (Short Guide)

If you're legally giving your Telenor SIM to someone else:

  • Current owner and new owner both visit a Telenor franchise together
  • Both bring their original CNICs and the SIM
  • Fill the ownership transfer form and provide biometric fingerprints
  • After processing, that number moves from the old CNIC to the new CNIC in PTA and Telenor records
Benefit: This keeps you safe from future liability once you've handed the number over.

Security Tips for
Telenor Users

📅

Regular Checks

Periodically check your CNIC via the PTA SIM Information System or SMS to ensure no extra Telenor SIMs have been issued on your ID.

🚫

Block Unknown SIMs

If you see unknown Telenor SIMs, go to a franchise and disown/block them instead of ignoring the issue.

✍️

Watermark CNIC Copies

Never share clear CNIC copies without writing a purpose watermark like "Only for account verification – Not for SIM issuance" across the copy.

👆

Biometric Verification

Always ensure new Telenor SIMs are biometrically verified on the spot in your presence.

FAQs – Telenor SIM

Send an SMS (even blank) to 7751 from that Telenor SIM; the reply will show if the SIM is biometrically verified on your CNIC.
Q2. How can I see how many Telenor SIMs are on my CNIC?
Use the PTA SIM Information System (web or SMS); it will show the count of active SIMs per operator, including Telenor, on your CNIC.
Q3. Can I check owner details for any random Telenor number?

Calls to 345 from a Telenor number are typically treated as customer care and usually not charged like normal off‑net calls, but you should always check current Telenor policy/tariffs.
Q6. Will blocked/disowned Telenor SIMs show on my CNIC forever?
Once fully processed, disowned / blocked SIMs are removed from your active count in PTA's SIM Information System; only current active SIMs remain visible.
